  1. Public hearing on an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance, Part III, Section - CA Central Area District- Residential Uses 209- Maximum Floor Area Ratio by adding:  dedicate a minimum of thirty percent (30%) of interior frontage area of each building first floor for commercial and retail purposes.

  1. Public hearing on a Zoning Map amendment to rezone all recently annexed areas of Phase I, II and III being an area that consists of up to 1,874.42 acres, 1,400 acres and 600 acres respectively of property located north of the City of Aransas Pass and depicted in attached Exhibit A from AG - Agricultural District to various zoning district such as R-10 Single Family Dwelling District 10,000 sq. ft; R-7B Single-Family Dwelling District 7,000 sq. ft; and GB - General Business District.  (ITEM IS BEING WITHDRAWN BY STAFF)

  1. Public hearing on request by Viva Texas Cruises to rezone property with legal description: being Lots 3-R and 4-R, Parrot Island Addition, City of Aransas Pass, a map of which is recorded in Volume 67, Page 407, Map records of Nueces County, Texas from AG - Agricultural District to A-3 Apartment Dwelling District.
  2.
