Approval of Workshop and Special Council Meetings of January 16, 2019.
Consider and Act on Ordinance 2019-4230 by the City Council of the City of Aransas Pass, Texas authorizing the issuance of "City of Aransas Pass, Texas Tax Notes, Series 2019", levying an annual Ad Valorem Tax, within the limitations prescribed by law, for the payment of the obligations; prescribing the form, terms, conditions, and resolving other matters incident and related to the issuance, sale, and delivery of the obligations; authorizing the execution of a Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement and a purchase and investment letter; complying with the letter of representations previously executed with the depository trust company; and providing an effective date.
Ordering an Election to be held in the City of Aransas Pass on May 4, 2019 for the purpose of electing a Mayor and Council Members to Places 1 and 3; and to provide for consideration of a Proposition on "Whether the Aransas Pass Crime Control and Prevention District should be continued for ten years and the Crime Control and Prevention District sales and use tax should be continued for ten years; authorizing a Joint Agreement with San Patricio County Elections Administrator for the conduct of the election; providing for procedures for holding such election; providing for notice of election and publication; providing for establishment of Early Voting Polling Place and designating Election Day Polling Place location; providing a severability clause; and providing an effective date.

Finance includes the following: Utility Billing, Finance, Human Resources, and Meter Reading.
Public Safety inlcudes the following: Police, Fire, EMS, Harbor, and Emergency Management
Consider and Act on approving the Police Chief to purchase one unmarked police vehicle and two marked patrol vehicles from Allen Samuels in Aransas Pass, for an amount not to exceed $135,000 with funds from the Federal Drug Seizure Account.
